Mainstream tightening judgment method:
1. Torque control method.
Use a torque wrench to measure whether the applied torque value meets the preset standard. The advantage is that it is easy to operate and suitable for conventional scenarios, but the pre-tightening force error is relatively large (±25%).
2. Angle control method.
After the initial fitting, rotate and fix at a certain angle (e.g., 30° or 90°), and confirm the pre-tightening force through the angle standard. The precision is relatively high (±15%), which is suitable for high-requirement connections.
3. Yield point control method.
Tighten the bolts to the material yield point, and the pre-tightening force error can be controlled within ±8%, but it requires extremely high quality of the equipment and bolts.
